Changes to ranks!

  • Color fixes, group colors match ranks
  • Changes to rank names
  • Legend and ??????? have new colors

Members and moderators can now reply to announcements.

Slight changes in message profiles, all staff and helpers recieve 100 PokéDollars, thank you for your service.
