Yes, the items are created, and you can ask for any item you want (Not including ORAS items, As I said before). If you're asking for a pokemon, then please don't ask for randome abilities and moves.

Well, all these pokés are hacked. But you can't ask for a pokemon that has un-legitimate moveset, ability & moveset.
