Moveset Sub-Forum

Brief description of idea: We can put a sub-forum in Battling Questions, and post different movesets and spreads for Pokémon.
Detailed description of idea: We can post a new topic for each Pokémon when we want to start one (although, some cleaning up might to occur at one stage. We could split it into Gens or typings?)

do we just put movesets we know or ask movesets we don't know at first

Both. People can ask for movesets and other people can reply, or people can just post them.
