Team flare's fire moves ain't working in rain, kingdra used hydro pump. Houdour dodged and the wall of the shelter broke

The shelter falls on me. Noivern beats Mable in the process and Mable runs back and battles with Team Flare. The shelter is on both Oak and I. Noivern tries to get it off me. You Woyaojinkela can't get to me. Can anyone else help?

I went back to find the bidoofs and ask them to cut down some trees for us, they don't agree at first, my fish(sorry) gave them food. The bidoof agreed
