Most overrated pokemon

What do you think are some of the most overrated pokemon generally? We want to hear your thoughts. A pokemon is overrated when it gets a lot of praise because of anime or design while it isn't as good in game as people think. A pokemon can be good and overrated.
Note: Overrating and popular are different things. Being popular doesn't necessarily mean it is overrated. If it is actually very good in game and deserve that much praise, then it is not overrated even though most popular pokemon are overrated. We might have to not choose obvious ones in the future, as pokemon like charizard, pikachu and mew are just too obvious. We can do a poll some day.

Charizard would definitely be the most overrated pokemon for me. Look at the comments on the top ten lists, non of them are actual legit reasons
