Worst fully evolved pokemon (no unown or ludivisc)

In here, we will talk about the worst fully evolved pokemon. This is game's standard, so no design or anime whatsoever. No unown or ludivisc because they are too obvious, any pokemon that get too much comment on will also be with unown and ludivisc. Mega evolution doesn't count evolution here, meaning pokemon like charizard is count as fully evolved.
In my opinion, it would be wormadam plant cloak.

Attack: 79
Defense: 105
Sp.Atk: 59
Sp.Def: 85
Speed: 36
Total: 424
terrible stats, terrible typing, not that useful ability of anticipation/overcoat. Trasher than wormadam trash and way worse than the trash bag.
